Kenzi's 1st Birthday Party

For Kenzi's 1st birthday we celebrated with family and a few close friends.  Kenzi did not take her morning nap like usual that day, I guess she was a little too excited to see everyone.  Here she is below with her buddy Kasen. {For those of you who haven't seen this lil cutie before, he is Emi's lil friend Nathan's brother, pretty cute huh?}

I think Kasen was leaning in for a birthday smooch but Kenzi was caught off guard...

It took a lot of work to get a lil bite of this birthday cake.
Kenzi did take a few bites but did not really care either way if she had
cake or not.  She really preferred the fresh blueberries
and strawberries she was offered after
we took the cake away.

Time for some presents.  Thank you so much everyone for you gifts!

After almost everyone left we had one tired girl.  She snuggled with
Auntie Sonia who put her down for her nap.
