Halloween!

Since Emi is in the Ladybugs class she decided she and Kenzi were going to be ladybugs this Halloween!

At the annual Expedia Halloween party.

We went over to see Melanie at Gung Gung and Po Po's house on Halloween...

Emi only went to a few houses on our street but she had a fun time walking around in her costume and checking our neighbors' Halloween decorations.

Emi is already telling me ideas she has for next year's costumes...maybe a carseat, maybe a bee or butterfly...we shall see!

Swimming

We got Emi back into swimming!  The first session was hard, she fell in the first day of her first session, and there was a lesson in every lane of the pool so it was very loud.  This is Emi in her new session at the Boehm's Pool in Issaquah.  She is doing much better with the morning class with less distractions and noise.  We miss taking her to Kinderswimmer but she's getting used to the water again and she is making progress!

Pre-Halloween Fun!

We invited Emi and Nathan's friend Bella from school to play on Friday. Their class did not dress up for Halloween so I thought it would be fun for them to all come over in their costumes. It was so cute to see them playing in their costumes. Bella was dressed as a garden gnome, Nathan as a shark, and Emi as a ladybug.

Fox Hollow Farm

We met up with friends at Fox Hollow Farm.  Emi still does not like the smells of a farm...as you can see below she is always covering up her nose around the animals and telling me, "it's stinky!"

At the farm we saw a herd of sheep...

We heard some loud geese...

Waited patiently with our friends {Auntie Amabelle and Tyler} to ride the pony...

I was surprised and happy that Emi was brave enough to ride the pony, she waited until all her friends went first.  And then she didn't want me to walk around with her, instead she wanted Auntie Anne to help her :)

It was a very fun afternoon at Fox Hollow Farm!

Jubilee Farm

The Ladybugs Class met at Jubilee Farm to check out the pumpkin patch and see some animals.

It was a chilly morning and Emi and a few of her friend piled into
Nathan's car to keep warm while we waited for more friends to arrive.

It's the pigs!  They were fed some apples for breakfast.

Next we took a hayride down to the pumpkin patch...
