Emi had her first encounter with Martha Stewart today.

Now Emi understands why I need a craft room!

Smoothie!

Emi is enjoying her first smoothie-banana and plain yogurt. She sucked it up really fast, I tried taking it away to give her a break but it was just too good!

The first time she was so into her smoothie I couldn't get a smile but the next day I did!

Emi and Uncle Justin

Emi loves her Uncle Justin, he always knows how to make her smile and laugh.

Auntie Jaime!

Emi missed Auntie Jaime! Emi was all smiles and showed Jaime how she can crawl. We need to get Luca, Brando and Emi together to play!

Giddy up!

Giddy up Auntie Natalie!
This is so much fun!
Giddy up Grandpa!

Fish Tank

Daddy really wants Emi to have some fishy friends so he has been working on setting up this tank! It's quite the process, I think it's almost ready after 3 week of prepping...there are some starter fish in there right now, we'll see how many survive.

Emi 9 months!

Emi is growing and growing! We had a check up appointment today on her 9 month birthday! She is growing well, in the 25th percentile in each area. We are going to feed her more and see if that will help her sleep until later in the morning :) but she does pretty well right now.

Like I've said before it's really been hard to get Emi to pose for pictures like she used to. This is the best we could do tonight with out delaying bed time too much. We might have to do a retake though because I am just not satisfied!

Mother's Day

I had a great first Mother's Day! We went to the Japanese Botanical Garden and the flowers were in bloom and the weather was great!

Auntie Natalie and Uncle Justin

Auntie Natalie and Uncle Justin came by to visit this evening...Emi had fun as usual with her silly auntie!

The Mercer Slough

We took advantage of the beautiful weather today and ventured out to the Mercer Slough where the blueberry farm is. The blueberries weren't ready for picking yet but it was very nice to walk around the trail and check out the local produce stand.
Emi: This looks boring!

I love my toes!
