Happy 1st Bithday Emi!

We celebrated Emi's 1st birthday on her real birthday with her family at our house. We had pizza, salad, cupcakes and lots of laughs! Emi also got to open some really fun presents. It's hard to believe our little monkey baby is already 1!We love you Emi!

Brunch at Newcastle Golf Course

We all met up for Sunday brunch at Newcastle, a late Father's day gift. We were hoping it would be warm enough to sit outside but it wasn't...the clouds did clear up and it ended up being a beautiful day, we were still able to enjoy the amazing view.

Playdate

Emi and I met up with Naomi and her mommy Rachel at Bel-sq to play and have lunch. It's so fun seeing the girls together and watching them grow! We played at the Kids Cove and then had lunch at the Nordstrom Cafe, the mall was a busy place today! I thought I took pics of the girls playing but I guess not since I can't find any on the camera...it was crazy up there!


Naomi 18 mo Emi 11 mo

Mama, baby, dada!

Erich has been training Emi to say "da da" after he prompts her with, "mama, baby..." I tried it today and she got it, so funny!

Row, row, row your boat...

Emi and I learned a new version of Row, Row, Row Your Boat at storytime. Too bad today was the last one of the series, hopefully there will be more in September.
WARNING!!! I am singing...I was trying my best :) well not really...I sound pretty bad but Emi makes up for it.


Sorry we missed you (Auntie Jaime, Luca and Brando) Emi napped until 11:05am so we barely made it to the 11:30am storytime, maybe we will see you there in the fall!

Swimming

Grandma and Grandpa had today off and they were able to join us for swimming! Emi is really reaching and kicking in the water, she loves swimming!

Emi had her first carousel ride at Crossroads Mall. There were only 3 horses on this carousel and she was watching some other kids take a ride. She was cautious at first, carefully watching everything...then she had her turn and she thought it was the greatest!

Pictures

We were a little early for our pictures at the mall so we took a short walk across the street to check out the fountains at Bellevue Park.

Garage sale finds!

I was so happy to have found these toys for Emi to play with!

The crab is suppose to be a sand box but we filled it up with water so Emi could take a little dip.
Emi loves trying to push her stroller so I found this one that is her size...well her size to push but we wanted to see how she fit in it...a little tight :)


I think she likes the car!
