Thank you, Grandma Connie!

Grandma Connie is always thinking of Emi! She has been sending Emi greeting cards throughout this year (and last) for each of Emi's "first" holidays. It's going to be so neat to have every single one of them for her scrapbook, THANK YOU!

Spring Break!

Auntie Emily is on spring break this week from school so we met up with her to shop! We found some great deals and had a super fun time! Emi was cooperative as usual :) we had to try on these heart shades from H&M, too funny!

Super warm!

Today was the first really warm AND sunny day in a long time! I love days like this! We spent the day at Grandma and Grandpa's...Emi stayed home with Grandpa while Mommy and Grandma went out for a little bit. Here are some of the pictures I found on the camera when I got home...

We decided to find all of Emi's bows and put them in her hair! Probably not the best look. I wonder when she will start taking them out on her own...we better enjoy this while it lasts!


We spent the day at Auntie Jeanie and Uncle Marc's new house. Thanks for having us over!

Sunny Saturday

We were SO happy to have a sunny day after the snow and rain last week! Our morning started off with Emi playing at home, then we went out to run errands, have lunch, and then Emi played with Grandma and Grandpa while Mommy and Daddy went on a little dinner date! What a perfect day to spend our sunny Saturday!

On the move!

Emi has taken a few steps in crawling! She really wants to move around and be more independent, which means, trying to get to things she should not be playing with!
Crawling is hard work, can I have a break yet? After practicing out crawling it was time to get her hair done! What do you think about putting all 3 bows in my hair? She loves her books too! I think she is going to be ready for the magazines in the salon soon! Mommy, may I use your phone? I want to call Daddy!

Swimming!

Auntie Christine met us at the pool for swimming today! Thanks for coming and watching our little swimmer, and taking picture so everyone could see Emi swimming this week!

Eyes in!




Emi is starting to float on her own! Her little kickers are getting strong and I can just hold her arms while she kicks away and floats on her back, it's sooooo cool!


She's also getting really good at "peek-a-boo" time, where the babies pick up the balls and drop them in the bucket --at first Emi wouldn't even be able to pick up the balls, now she can...and she is getting better at dropping/letting go of the balls into the bucket -so fun!
