Gingerbread House

I found this gingerbread house at Trader Joe's. I was surprised when I was setting it up for Emi that the big cookie pieces were actually soft (I almost wanted to eat it!). This house is not your traditional looking gingerbread house, the box said it was a German gingerbread house, so here's to Emi's German heritage! She has a lot of fun making the house, especially when we were almost done putting on the candy decorations and she pretended to pop on in her mouth. Since we were almost finished I told her you can try a piece and her eyes lit up and the rest of the candy was history!
