Auntie Natalie and Uncle Justin's New House!

This is very exciting news! Auntie Natalie and Uncle Justin just bought their first home together in Snoqualmie Ridge. Their house is very nice and it's going to be so fun to visit them in their own space! Their house will be finished at the end of November, congrats guys! Thanks for inviting us out to check it out!

Sponge, Language School

We decided to check out the free event at Sponge in Gilman Village this Sunday. Emi had fun doing art work, playing in the lobby, and taking a trial class in Japanese. We hope to have her learn a second language but we will stick with swimming for a little bit longer.

Hives

Sorry again for my delay in updating our blog! Last week Emi had hives :( it was no fun because we weren't exactly sure what was causing them...until we thought, and thought...we came to the conclusion that Emi is probably allergic to milk. We started increasing the amounts and then she started getting hives. At first I thought it was from strawberries. We've stopped both and so far things are clearing up. Emi was only itchy when we would change her diaper, she stayed active and happy otherwise. Here she is playing with her kitchen and sportin' her Hello Kitty thermos from Grandma Connie. She's a trooper!

Auntie Bekah visits

We were so lucky to get a visit with Auntie Bekah for a few days. She was in town for a friend's wedding and was able to stay and spend some time with us!

For some odd reason I wasn't able to upload pics to this post like usual, so here is a slide show of pics we took (or Bekah took) from her visit. We went on a beautiful hike the morning before she left. It's always so great to see you Bekah!

Playing in the sun!

We had another warm afternoon so Emi and I decided to go play outside with the water table. Emi was all dolled up in her swim suit and sun hat, she actually kept it on because it was giving her shade.

Trapped!

I put this gate up in front of Emi's door so she can look out her door but can't get out and fall down the stairs. This is how she greeted me this morning...so sweet!

Now how do I get out of here?

Pretty pink sweater

Great Grandma Bessie's friend made this pretty sweater for Emi! It's really cute on her. Thanks Grammie and Uncle Justin, for bringing it over and playing with Emi!

Dayna's 1st birthday party!

Auntie Jaime picked us up to go to Dayna's 1st birthday party. Whitney, Dayna's mommy, got a bunch of gals (and their babies) together from elementary, middle and high school to celebrate Dayna's big day. Thanks for a fun afternoon!

We decided to spend sometime together in the backyard after a day at the farm. It was a great way for Emi to play and for Erich and I to relax and enjoy watching little Emi explore!
