Big books!

Emi loves listening to stories and looking at books! Auntie Jeanie brought out some old books that we used to read when we were little.

Sunday at Grandma and Grandpa's

Emi had a fun Sunday! She got to see both sets of grandparents and aunties and uncles!

Dessert with Liza

Liza is the real estate agent who helped us sell and find our home! We spent a lot of time with her as we looked for the perfect home! She brought dessert- carrot cake, YUM! We had a great visit with Liza, thanks for coming!

Making dinner...

So far this keeps Emi occupied while I make dinner. She's so funny! She loves to take everthing out of the drawers, don't worry I rewash the napkins that she sucks on!

rollin' and movin'

This morning Emi and I went to the library for Baby Rhyme Time. It was fun to learn new rhymes and sing old ones like patty cake! As usual, Emi enjoyed staring at new faces and listening to stories. Emi loves books so we checked a few out, can't wait for next week! Sorry we don't have any pictures of this...

Emi is figuring out how to roll to get to what she wants to grab...it's not going to be long before she is crawling!
In just the past 3 days she has been able to push herself up onto her knees and rock a little, it's a lot of work as you can see :)

Good morning!

I wanted to get a video of Emi waking up in the morning. She always gives me a big smile when she sees me. What a great way to start the day! I love you Emi cakes!

Errands!

We left the house after breakfast to run some errands. Emi was such a trooper! She slept the whole time, lucky me! Timing is everything I guess, she was ready for lunch when we got home :)



Okay, okay, no more pictures! Get me out of here so I can eat!

I guess this is why it always takes Emi so long to come downstairs after getting her pj's on! Daddy thinks of fun ways to make you laugh! I love my Daddy!

Twirling

Emi is starting to use her door way jumper more...I think she is starting to get the hang of it instead of just twirling in the doorway.

Sunday at Christine and Eric's

We enjoyed a yummy lunch at Christine and Eric's house. Jeanie, Marc, Natalie, and Justin were there too! We had fun getting together and watching wedding shows for the upcoming weddings!
