Fun Friday!

Emi and Nathan always have fun playing together on Fridays! Here are some snapshots of their morning together... Reading buddies!

Baby #2 is a GIRL!

We had our 20 week check up and ultra sound, baby #2 is a girl! I really didn't have a strong feeling of what we were going to have (when I was pregnant with Emi, I just felt like it was a girl). Emi's little sister seems to be growing and developing well, I'll have another ultra sound at 28 weeks.

We're happy that Emi will have a little sister to bond and grow up with. According to our poll most were thinking it was a boy...I guess on the Lam side we'll have to wait and see what Auntie Jeanie and Natalie will have in the future :)

Day out...

We spent Saturday morning running some errands at Bel-sq. We picked up pictures and were trying to check out this Din Tang Fung restaurant that I read about in 425 Magazine, but it wasn't open yet! Emi was interested in this glass waterfall and so we let her throw a penny in the water, she thought that was pretty neat.Here's the penny...
and away it went...Emi is looking in the water probably wondering which one was the one she threw in.

After Emi's nap we headed down to Seattle to celebrate Auntie Maureen's 30th Birthday! We enjoyed wood fired pizza and delicious salad at Tutta Bella. It was so great to celebrate a special birthday with Maureen, her family, and friends! Thanks for inviting us!

Emi and Caleb (Maureen's nephew) were walking hand in hand to the car after the party, so sweet!

Rainy Day...

I was not ready for a rainy day...luckily I remembered that Emi had a bunch of stuffed animals that she doesn't play with often (because they are hidden in the closet) so I got them out and we gave each one a stroller ride to sit around the gum drop ottoman. What fun :)

Natalie's Bridal Shower

My sister Jeanie and I threw a bridal shower for our sis Natalie...the upcoming bride to be! She was not feel 100% this day but we still had fun catching up, eating, and playing fun games! 4 teams had to come up with a tissue paper dress and veil with only 6 pieces of tape. It was fun and they all turned out so pretty! Natalie had to decide which dress resembled her actual dress and which veil was her favorite.
