Playdate with Nathan

Emi loves our monthly playdates with Nathan and Auntie Corey! This month we met up at U-Village, it was the perfect day to have lunch outside and walk around. Emi and Nathan had fun playing at the Land of Nod and the play area at U-Village. We're hoping to meet up at the Mercer Slough for some blueberry picking this month!

Rock star

I had to re-arrange the furniture in our family room because Emi is crawling all over the place and I wanted her to be contained but still play while I was in the kitchen. While I was moving the couch Emi saw the guitar in the corner. It looks like she's going to pack up her little suitcase and becomg a rock star!

Uncle Trent & Emi

We met Uncle Trent and Auntie Steph for dinner at Tuta Bella's-YUMMY! Emi did very well eating her dinner while we ate ours!

We celebrating Uncle Justin's 15th birthday at the California Pizza Kitchen and birthday cake at our place.

Jubilee Farm

It was a perfect sunny and warm day to be at the farm. We picked strawberries and sugar snap peas!

Uncle Mike and Auntie Joyce sure know how to throw a party, we had so much fun celebrating Sabrina's 2nd birthday with her and all her friends and family!

Father's Day

For Father's Day we went to Remlinger Farms, it's strawberry season! Since it was wet and cold outside we couldn't really do much except have a snack and check out the market area...the last time we came here it was wet too! We'll be back again on a sunny day!

Audrey and Thomas come to play!

Emi had fun with Audrey and Thomas this evening. They enjoyed playing with Emi's toys and hanging out while their daddies played video games!


Emi had to show everyone how she can stand and push her car.

Time with Grammie

Emi got to spend a few hours with Grammie today! She had so much fun playing, reading, singing, and going to the park. Emi came home with a sprig of lovely lavender, she didn't want to let go of it, not even for a drink!
I was so excited to show mommy what I brought home from the park! You can't see the sprig she is holding in her hand because she is shaking her arms like a crazy baby!

I was also really thirsty.

Swimming update!!!

I finally figured out a way to capture some new pictures of Emi even though it was just Emi and me at the pool today...I asked JT's Mommy! Thank you so much for the great pictures Becky :) JT is Emi's little swimming buddy, he's a little fishy in the pool just like Emi.

Emi was really enjoying the water today, she was reaching and pulling and kicking even MORE, than ever! I can't wait until Erich sees the progress that she has made, I am so happy that she enjoys her class each week!

My first bike ride!

I had my very first bike ride with Daddy! Sabrina let me take a spin on her bike carrier, I wasn't scared at all! I can't wait to go on more bike rides!

End of the school year!

It's hard to believe another school year is coming to an end! I really missed my friends from work this year, however I am happy that we have kept in touch throughout this year. Emi and I went to the end of the school year party together, Daddy couldn't get out of work :( It was lots of fun!

blueberries

Emi likes eating blueberries, so far she has only experienced what frozen blueberries taste like. Some days she has them with yogurt, in a smoothie or just by themselves. We can't wait to pick blueberries at the Mercer Slough when they are ripe and ready! I know Emi will love the fresh ones as much if not more!
