Happy Happy!

Emi's such a happy baby! Erich and I are so glad she's a mellow girl--as long as she isn't hungry that is :) Emi we love you so much!

Auntie Christine visits again!

How lucky we were to get another visit with Christine? Emi was all smiles when she came over. They read stories and played! Emi was sitting very well in her Bumbo and really did a nice job turning the pages in her board books!

Swimming with Mommy!

I got to swim with Emi today because Daddy had to get back to work earlier than usual. It was so much fun! Emi was really kicking her tiny toes today!

We're back!

I am so glad to have our camera back again! Good thing nothing too exciting happened while we were without our camera.

On Sunday we met up with Jason at Cafe Ladro. He had fun posing for the camera with Emi. Aren't they cute?





Then we visited Erich's Grandma Bessie later that day.


Last we were at my parents' house where I realized that I didn't have the camera when I wanted to take pictures of Emi in her baby Kimono and tiara. I will have to dress Emi up again soon! She looked really cute, thanks Auntie Jeanie and Uncle Marc!

Camera!

We left our camera at Grandma Bessie's house so I won't be able to post our Sunday events until sometime tomorrow. Thanks for checking the blog :)

Emi's very first snack time!

Emi enjoys sitting in her high chair while we eat our meals at home. She also seems interested in what we are eating as she chews her gums as she watches us clean our plates. So we decided that she was ready for her first solid food! Today she tasted yams for the first time, we think she liked it!


We noticed that Emi was holding her hands the same way she does when she's nursing.


Emi, "I love it!!! What's for snack tomorrow guys?"

Flower puppet and shaker!

Emi got two new toys to play with. She loves this flower finger puppet. She is also doing a good job of showing us how she can use her strong grip to hold the shaker to make the bell ring.

Mariners Fan?

Joseph (now a 5th grader) that I used to babysit picked this outfit for Emi. We wanted the outfit to work with our weather--her little Mariner shorts are over her fleece pants, good thinking Dad! I think she likes it! Too bad the outfit didn't last all day, she had a blowout and spit up after the photo shoot! Oh the joys! Thanks again Joseph for the cute outfit! Emi loves how it matches her bumbo chair too!

We were just hanging out at Auntie Jaime's, it's always fun there! Emi was checking out Brando's balloons. She was interested in the crinkling sound that they made.

We always have fun photo shoots before Auntie Bekah leaves...we hope you come to visit again! We love spending time with you.

Smooth hair

After Mommy and Auntie Bekah enjoyed a nice lunch Emi woke up! We took off her hat and her hair was smooth we noticed she had these cute little waves in her hair I don’t know if you can really see but then we took these pictures…what a cute smiles she was giving us!

Swimming

I hope these swimming pictures aren't getting old I still love taking pictures of Emi and her Daddy swimming! Today there were only two babies in the class so Emi didn't have as many friends to watch, but she was still interested in looking around.

Emi was so cute this morning napping, I heard some noises and I went to check on her...maybe she was having a bad dream, face is so funny.
